Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: According to the requirements of relevant documents such as the "Notice of the Shanghai Municipal Ecology and Environment Bureau on the Revision of the Performance Grading of Key Industries and the Emergency Emission Reduction List for Heavy Pollution Weather in 2025", work will be carried out, including the preparation of the list of emergency emission reduction measures for heavy pollution prerequisites and the two rounds of autumn and winter grading control plans, on-site review, early warning emergency response, etc. Bidders participating in this bidding process may bid for one package or multiple packages simultaneously. The same bidder is allowed to complete a maximum of one package. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Service Requirements for details)

Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: According to the requirements of relevant documents such as the "Notice on Carrying out the Compilation of Integrated Emission Inventory of Air Pollutants and Greenhouse Gases" (Environmental Office Letter [2024] No. 171) issued by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, and the "Notice on Organizing the Compilation of Integrated Emission Inventory of Air Pollutants and Greenhouse Gases in 2024" issued by the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment, the work will be carried out, including the investigation of the activity level of key gas pollution sources, on-site technical review and emission accounting, and the preparation of technical analysis reports. Bidders participating in this bidding process may bid for one package or multiple packages simultaneously. The same bidder is allowed to complete a maximum of one package. Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: As one of the key atmospheric tasks in Shanghai, fine control of VOCs is carried out in accordance with the work requirements of the Shanghai Ecology and Environment Bureau. On site technical review of VOCs control, promotion of key emission reduction projects, and preparation of comprehensive assessment reports on volatile organic compound management are carried out. Bidders participating in this bidding process may bid for one package or multiple packages simultaneously. The same bidder is allowed to complete a maximum of one package.
合同履约期限：包件1、包件2：合同签订之日起至2027年3月底；包件3：合同签订之日起至2026年11月底。
The Contract Period: Package 1 and Package 2: From the date of contract signing until the end of March 2027; Package 3: From the date of contract signing until the end of November 2026.
